Required qualifications
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate in good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional UAS operations experience and at least 250 documented UAS flight hours, including 100 hours on commercial, industrial, public-safety, or enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with mission planning, risk assessment, airspace review, weather evaluation, pre- and post-flight inspections, and incident reporting.
- Practical experience operating optical and thermal payloads and collecting imagery or data for customer deliverables.
- Working knowledge of FAA Part 107 operating rules and ability to follow approved SOPs and customer-site procedures.
- Professional Spanish and English communication skills, including written operational reporting.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability for field work, evening assignments, and island-wide travel.
- Ability to safely perform essential field duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with DJI Enterprise, Skydio, RTK workflows, photogrammetry, GIS, or thermal inspection.
- Experience supporting security, infrastructure, emergency response, construction, utilities, or government customers.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Required qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent professional experience in electronics, networking, telecommunications, aviation maintenance, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, testing, or troubleshooting field-deployed technical systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IP networking, Wi-Fi, PoE, cellular connectivity, device configuration, and hardware diagnostics.
- Experience maintaining accurate service records, configuration logs, equipment inventory, and technical reports.
- Ability to read technical manuals, follow wiring and installation diagrams, and safely use appropriate test equipment and hand tools.
- Professional Spanish and English communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for work at customer sites throughout Puerto Rico.

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operational training, compliance coordination, quality management, safety programs, or technical documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, systems engineering, telecommunications, mechatronics, computer engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in systems integration, field engineering, network engineering, embedded systems, robotics, aviation, or comparable technical work.
- Minimum of two (2) years integrating or supporting UAS, robotics, sensor, communications, video, or remote-operations systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency with IP networking, secure wireless connectivity, LTE/5G, device configuration, technical troubleshooting, and system test planning.
- Proven ability to produce technical diagrams, bills of materials, configuration baselines, test procedures, acceptance reports, and customer-facing technical documentation.
- Professional Spanish and English communication skills.
- Ability and legal authorization to travel internationally when required by a project, including maintaining travel documentation required for the assignment.
- Ability to satisfy lawful, job-related customer, site-access, safety, export-control, and security requirements for a specific project.
Preferred qualifications
- Current FAA Part 107 certificate.
- Experience with DJI Enterprise, Skydio, GIS, telemetry, thermal payloads, cloud platforms, or fleet-management systems.
- Current professional certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, PMP, or manufacturer-specific credentials.
- Established independent business, professional liability insurance, and prior project-based consulting experience.

Required qualifications
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate in good standing, plus any additional certificate, authorization, or training required for the project jurisdiction.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional UAS operations experience and at least 500 documented UAS flight hours, including 150 hours on commercial, industrial, public-safety, or enterprise systems.
- At least 50 documented mission hours performing sensor, inspection, mapping, security, or situational-awareness operations.
- Demonstrated experience completing the full mission cycle: planning, risk management, briefing, execution, telemetry monitoring, debriefing, reporting, and operator-level maintenance documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to make immediate safety decisions, including delaying, diverting, or aborting a mission when required.
- Experience working under written SOPs, safety-management processes, data-custody procedures, and customer operational requirements.
- Professional Spanish and English communication skills; ability to deliver accurate radio communication and written mission documentation.
- Ability and legal authorization to travel internationally for defined deployments, including maintaining travel documentation required for the assignment.
- Ability to satisfy lawful, job-related customer, site-access, safety, export-control, and security requirements for a specific project.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with DJI Enterprise, Skydio, fixed-wing, VTOL, thermal payloads, photogrammetry, GIS, or remote fleet-management platforms.
- Experience with international deployments, austere field operations, multi-person crews, or high-reliability environments.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and advanced UAS, aviation-safety, or payload-specific training.
